I would like to add "IN-CHARACTER Range" (You can only click hotspot when you are nearby, but I don't know how. Someting like this:

What you are looking for is the "Player-vicinity" Hotspot detection method. This is covered in Section 5.4.2 of the Manual, and can be tested with the 3D Demo player, Tin Pot, as he is equipped to work in this mode.
