pathfinding

Hey! Quick question - I have a character that is supposed run to a spot and trigger some stuff. It works find in the editor, but in a build he circles around the marker and hard locks the progress. We're using a nav mesh, as we do in all the other scenes. Are there some settings to improve the accuracy? Or something to look for that could be causing this? Hopefully this is enough info!

  • How are you commanding them to move there, and is this in 2D or 3D?

    What are your AC and Unity versions, also? Please share as much detail as you can - in the form of screenshots if possible. There should be no such difference between the Editor and build behaviour.

    AC does have a number of options regarding pathfinding accuracy, though - see the Manual's "Precision movement" chapter for details.
