I was wondering if anyone has a standard practice for autosaving. Right now, I have my autosave set so everytime the camera teleports to a new screen (which happens very often) the game autosaves, and I'm not sure if that is too much. I know some devs like Fireproof Games autosave every time a puzzle is completed. Does anyone know the best practice for autosaving?

I autosave on scene change everytime. So a player can come back to the previous level if he screws something up. Autosave is a must have not only for the reason above but if the game crashes unexpectedly.
Ok. Are there any downsides to Autosaving too often?
Haven't experienced yet.
Ok, thanks!
