"Load SaveGame" shortly opens preloaded scene

Hi all,

I am preloading the next scene via action script in the OnStart-CutScene.
When I load a save game the engine shortly shows the "preloaded" scene, before it switches to the scene the save game originally was saved in. Anyone faced this issue as well and has hints how to avoid this?

  • So far as I can tell, this is a behaviour of Unity itself.

    I would recommend looking into making optimisations instead of preloading scenes. The Manual's "Performance and optimisation" chapter covers many AC-related tips that you can try, and the latest release also focuses on built-in improvements.
