Hotspot affecting menu Cursor

Hi Chris. so I have my in game inv bag icon to click on to open the inventory bag, and when hovering over any menu my cursor changes to a specific menu cursor - however, if there is a hotspot beneath the menu in the scene, my cursor fights between changing into the menu cursor or the hotspot cursor. Any way to fix this?

If you're using a custom script to drive your UI cursor's appearance based on Animator parameter values, it'll be down to the way your Animator transitions are set up.
