[Added] Possibility to copy elements of menus

Hi Chris,

I'm making some boring operations on the Options Elements of Menus. I'm creating a lot of button elements (about 60), similar one each other. It's possible to implement a copy options like for menus?

If it's a big job for you it's not important, but if it'll be simple maybe can you consider to add this for the next release?

Copying / pasting of menu elements would be a feature I'd love to see too. :-)
