REQUEST: Automatic Radial element orientation menu option

Would  it be doable to have an automatic option to use a radial vs vertical/horizontal  element orientation (current disposal)  on menu´s?

ex- Sim´s menu

    No - but don't forget you can still position elements manually, and arrange them in whatever layout you wish.
