Instantiate player on scene instead of prefab? Or...

Hello everyone,

Question. My player object has a component from @TonyLi dialogue system. This component has some fields that takes UI elements from the scene. Ergo, the player prefab cant save those properties. So when a new scene is loaded, the component fields are blank and my dialogue breaks.

Everything works fine if I use the player character on scene though.
Is there a way to override the player character from the settings? If not, should I be going around this in some other way?


Also, nlmy character seems to be Preserving it's scale change when switching from one scene to another, which is becoming a problem.
Example, if it goes smaller in one scene because of sorting list (he walked to the background for instance) he would remain that size in the next scene if the change scene action is triggered..
Thoughts?
