Easiest way to explain this is with the image below. I don't know if I'm missing something very obvious, but I can't seem to find a way to get the new Unity UI menu to not go off screen. Any ideas? :-/
That's a limitation I've found myself. I will be looking into it, but in the meantime you could try setting it's position type to Manual, and setting it through script.
It should already be - check **Always fit within screen?** in the Menu's properties. That will keep the "RectTransform boundary" box within the screen, so you'll have to make sure that this is set to something appropriate.
