It's a nice idea, and one I've had myself. Several reasons why this isn't the case, the main being that because of the way Unity works, you can't have more than one ActionList on a prefab (this is why Hotspots and Interactions are kept separate).
Hopefully you can make do with two Triggers sharing the same space. You can make their Transforms identical by copy/pasting the entire Transform component from the top-right cog in the Inspector.
