I’m looking at using “Player switching” to change Player outfits, but the drawback is that the AC Conversation/Dialogue engine uses my outfit descriptions for the player name. Is there a way to insert custom Player and NPC names into the AC system?
Oh sorry, I meant the name of the prefab. Each Player prefab needs a unique name to show up in the AC system, so I named them based on the outfits they wear. As far as I can tell the AC system returns the Player/NPC gameObject.name for the dialog system to use (Dialog.cs line 110?) Is there a way to plug a custom string name into the system instead?
