How to one item combine with another item?

I cant figured out with inventory items. I want to make use action on inventory item. 

I mean, in inventory  how to one item combine with another item?

You define combine interactions just beneath an Inventory item's use/examine interactions.  Open the Inventory Manager, select an item, and scroll to the bottom.

When you create a combine interaction, you also choose which item you have to combine it with.  If you want the combination to work both ways automatically, check Combine interactions work in reverse? underneath the "Inventory settings" section of the Settings Manager.
