Hi Chris,
I think I found a bug:
Add a "Variable: Check" Action to a cutscene and set the source to "Local"
Then set "Compare with" to "Global Variable"
If you then choose any variable but the first one in the list, the Action gets destroyed (Graphic errors in ActionList editor and no Outputs in the Inspector:
Happens no matter which variable type you use. The other way it works (Source=global / compare with=local).
All using Unity 2017.3.0f3 and AC 1.61.0.
