New scene=new character wizard?

Hi,
i wounder how i should think, when creating a new scene where i want to use the same player as from the previus scene.

When i set him as default player he spawn in in the new scene i made and can walk, but his animations is not playing..

or should i "create him again" with a new character wizard in the new scene?

i dont get why he isnt animated when spawnd in the seccond scene..

  • No, there's need to create him again - your default Player can be used throughout the game.

    If his animations are not playing, please share details in the form of AC/Unity version numbers, screenshots of the Player's Inspector / Animator, and Console messages that appear.

    only his idle animation is playing.

  • This player has no Controller assigned in his Animator component. He also has different idle and walk animation names in his Player component to this player.

    You are using local players in both scenes. Take the one that's working, and assign his prefab into the Settings Manager's "Player prefab" field. You can then remove both Player GameObjects from the two scenes, and this player prefab will be automatically spawned in both at runtime.
