Camera Third Person Scroll Wheel Distance from target changes all camera's values

AC 1.69
Unity 2017.4.31f1

Player has shortcuts to control different cameras for different layout levels,

Not sure if this is a bug or not,

While using the scroll wheel to change the current camera's Distance From target, it also changes any other camera's distance from target, so when the player changes to the other camera it is not where it should be.

Can this be made independent somehow?

I don't think all Camera's should be changed, only the current active one should be.

Example, Current active can be from behind player, but if distance changed it can peak over the player's shoulder.

2nd Camera is Top Down for perhaps making jumps, so when the player changes to it it should have the original distance (further) rather than up close on players shoulder, making it difficult to navigate and having to panic to adjust the distance to it.
