Although I don't know WHY this should cause the problem in the first case, it obviously does, and setting the delay to 0 will wait for the Timeline to finish.
However, something weird is still going on, as the camera switch after the Timeline has ended does not work anymore and it stays on the intro camera.
The switch to the gameplay camera only works if I skip the intro or if I put a Timeline:Stop after the Timeline:Play.
Maybe a different problem with the Timeline, but I can live with the additional Stop-Command.

The issue is that your Intro_Take_00_Title has a delay in its properties - reduce this to zero and it should work.
