How is jumping managed ?

I'm using opsive's third person controllerv 1.3 in a character for some action sequences and I find that the jumping action is being managed by AC always if there's an input called jump (even while the animation engine is set to custom).

Is there any way to bypass this ?

  • I had this - to solve it, I went into the Inputs and just renamed jump to jumping. Then in your Opsive tpc abilities list, make sure you change the jump ability so that it uses the jumping input instead of jump.
