Have you checked how your AssetList is set up When Running?
Not sure if its related, but I had similar problems when I accidently left "When running:" to "Pause gameplay":
Is this for all Cutscenes, or one in particular? How is it being triggered?
Is it running Actions in a loop? Let's see some screenshots of its Actions, plus its properties.
AC and Unity version numbers too, please.
