Has anything changed with the new script being used for sentence hold or with recent updates? I can't left-click the inventory items to select them for using (right-click is working great): https://gfycat.com/famousvenerateddeinonychus

(Also, I'm not sure if it could done without having to make a use actionlist for every item (and just automatically select whatever is left-clicked on) but no matter if that's not possible.)
Please stick to one thread - it's causing unnecessary confusion to separate the same issue into two.
The "sentence hold" while running inventory interactions is handled in the ScummVerbLine script. It sounds like this is just the same issue you reported in the other thread - see my advice there.
