Suggestion regarding the "Gather text" command

After gathering text, and we see a popup like:

2 entries added
2 entries removed

It would be great if (at least the additions) would be logged to the Unity console. Preferably both id and text 👍

    Cool, same thing when you do an import:

    6026 line(s) imported, 30 line(s) updated.

    Would be helpful to see in the console which 30 we're talking about 👍
