UPDATE FOR 1.65:
You no longer need to apply the "Persistent Timers" pre-requisite.
Open your Action List Asset in the Inspector and check the "Can survive scene changes?" tickbox.
Another tip, if you need more than one instance…
Apologies, I should know better!

Below is an image of the Hotspot setup, and its related action list...

I have also created two builds. One for Windows and one for Android. There were no changes …
@talkingalone
I have created a similar nested action list and it works fine here.
The first image shows the first AL that launches Layer 1. It provides a GameObject and a Global Variable.

This second image is Layer 1. This is just actin…
It looks like a very similar issue to issue number 1 in this post from 2014: https://adventurecreator.org/forum/discussion/189/mobile-adjustments Do you know if this was ever resolved?
Ok, I haven't experimented with blend trees yet so not sure if my suggestions will be relevant. Could you try deleting the transition from PlayerUseLow to Idle and then in the action list, straight after the action that plays the p…
Do you have a transition from PlayerUseLow01 -> Idle, or just relying on revert to idle? How are you transitioning from idle to PlayerUseLow01? Are you triggering the custom animation manually or making use of variables so the animation …
Try setting that animation as your default idle and just watch to see if it loops smoothly every time or whether it occasionally pauses. That can tell you if it's a problem with the animation clip.
I've only coded it to look at invitems, but it should be pretty easy to include the other actions too. I say easy... I'm rusty with c# too and it took me days to get that right! Lol
Hi, I've recently worked on something very similar that allows you to specify a custom hotspot prefix dependant on which inventory item you are using on which hotspot. You can see the full code here: https://www.adventurecre…
I'm sure Chris can suggest the best way to do this, but I would probably experiment with using triggers instead of hotspots. Triggers will start an action list when a character collider touches it, I would guess that launching an object into a trigg…
Don't feel you can't ask questions, the forum is here to help :). I found Chris' tutorial on converting the unity 3D adventure into AC really really useful. It basically covers every single basic function you'd need for a 3D point …
Have you looked at the demo games? They showcase most of the features really well and you can also pick them apart, alter things and generally practice. I would also recommend going through the manual looking for information like th…
This looks great! Has a bit of a Broken Age feel to it. Though I'd say you have a better voice actor for your protagonist ;) Well done and good luck!
