Texture phonemes not showing when game is compiled

Hello guys!

First of all, I am not sure this is related to AC, probably it is not but I am not sure where to get help and maybe someone here has experienced something similar in the past and can help.

I am using synty models and AC lip-sync (the texture one) based on text.

Everything is working fine in run time but when I compile the game the mouths are not shown. :(

I see AC lypsync requires skinned meshes for this to work. Checked!

Also, I am using URP and set the material to use the standard lit shader.

I created a folder called Resources and moved all the textures and materials related to this into that.

Nothing seemed to help :(

Unity 2020.3

Again, it works perfectly in run time but not when I build the game.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you guys in advance!

    One must turn on the read/write property on the model (in my case, the "face plate" for synty characters):
