NPC Patrol

Hi, I need to have a NPC patrol a room. My NPC is using mecanim humanoid animation and I have a Speed parameter inside controller.

I'm trying to find some info about how to set a route for the NPC, but can't find nothing about this topic neither in doc or in youtube.

Can someone explain the technique behind this?
