Pressing ALT freeze cursor in the middle of the screen

This question was already maded and Chris already answered but I cannot find it anymore... what was the solution to disable this issue? From Unity if I remember right, but where?

1. Go to Edit->Project Settings->Input. 

2. Right click on Axes->Toggle cursor

3. Select "Delete array element".

Or if you want you can keep it but just map it to a different key.
