Interaction Custom Script and Debugging

Morning All,
I am new to the forum and feeling like a complete idiot! Believe it or not, I have programmed for 20+ years so very good with C# but I am missing something huge (banging my head here) in the Adventure Creator system. I would like an interaction to run a custom script. For example, I am trying to transform an object on an interaction. It is not working so I would like to add to the ActionList a custom script that will just debug.log the transform position. 

So ActionList
(1) Object Transform - understand this
(2) Custom Script - how do I do this?

What am I missing? If this has been discussed (which I am sure it has) can you point me to the post?
