Custom action list that acts as "if statement"

I'm currently trying to create a custom action list with the purpose of checking if the transform of an object is equal to the user's specified transform, thanks!

    Nevermind, I got it, I realized that it was a noob question, sorry. I kept trying it using the ActionTemplate when I should've used the ActionCheckTemplate. Thanks anyways :)
