First Person - I disabled hotspot labels?

I am pretty sure at some point I disabled hotspot labels in my first person game.. as i have a recollection of it working at one point.. . but cannot for the life of me manage to figure out how to turn them back on! I don't know if i messed something up or like I am thinking.. toggled it off, but just cant seem to figure out how to bring it back.. sorry I know this is prob something simple but!..?

    womp.. resolved.. dont even know how.. i used my game controller for a second instead of the mouse and now hotspot labels are suddenly showing up while using either a controller or mouse. strange
