  You can use variable tokens for this.

  Create a Global PopUp variable to store each of the possible variants the description can take, note its replacement token text underneath, and then set the Objective's Description to that token.

  At runtime, the token will be replaced with the Variable's value, which you can then change with Variable: Set to update the displayed Description.
