Feedback Screenshot Functionality?

Hope you are doing well!
I'm currently getting ready to pass a beta test of my demo to my friends before I release it, and I was wondering if it was possible to do the following:
The steps where I mark "NEED HELP" means I don't know how I can do it in AC.
- Create a button on the top right.
- When clicking on the button, it should lead to a small survey with radio buttons and text -- these are just questions like "where is the bug?" and "what kind of issue is this?" and "please describe issue further if you'd like" (POSSIBLY KNOW BUT STILL NEED HELP)
- A screenshot of the current game screen (minus the survey that would be open) should be sent along with the survey responses back to my email (NEED HELP)
Is it possible to do such a thing?
Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Though AC is behind the game itself, the feature you're describing here wouldn't involve AC. Having an application send out an email would require custom coding, with no reference of AC required (at least following the description above).
To take a "selective" screenshot, i.e. one that ignores Menus etc, you're probably best off using a RenderTexture attached to a Camera that renders non-UI layers. Resources on saving to disk can be found on Unity's forums, such as here:

As you'd need to include the screenshot file as an email attachment, though, I'd recommend getting emails first working with pure text. The radio buttons / text box values can be read with a custom script, which then passes that data into an email's content.
