@ChrisIceBox any news on this? I am running into the same problem 5 years later :smile: I created a spritesheet from all my inventory items but there's no way i can choose an image from the spritesheet in the Inventory settings.
Hmm the question about the scale / white squares is solved, i just had to zoom in a bit in the scene manager to be able to see them, so it seems my scale is correct (at least in the test scene).

Yes, as stated in Chris' comment removing the RigidBody2D and CircleCollider2D will fix this problem.
To add to that, i was using InteractiveBoundary2D objects, which require a RigidBody2D and CircleCollider2d.

Yes i think i can use "dummy" hotspots and replace (enable/disable) the dummy hotspots and real hotspots as soon as my NavMesh changes, or, like you said use the Hotspot: Change interaction action.
