I have NPCs speaking in the background of one scene part. They have a ontop speech menu and their conversation is rolling continuously. When I move to another location, I would like that speech to stop immediately - now it hangs till last spoken lines live their lifetime.
What would be a proper way to cut them out immediately?

The Dialogue: Stop speech Action has a Force off subtitles? option that should close the given speech's associated menu as well.
Hmm. I have now used an AL in this configuration:

And I'm not sure how to fix this.
I'm just running and pausing these when player enters and exits the area.
Are you using the "Stop speech" Action after pausing the ActionList? What is the actual issue now?
