Hey, just wondering with the use of variables if AC is able to keep stats of players decisions and display them? Kind of like in a dating sim or jrpg. Basically, trying to create a dating sim/visual novel type game.
It does deviate a bit from the classic adventure game type that AC is intended for, but yes - I'd say Global variables are the best way to store such information.
Global variables can be read and updated in any scene, as well as displayed in menus. A tutorial on using variables to display a game score, for example, can be found here.
