How do I remove the inventory UI?

A game's Menus are listed in the Menu Manager - the default Inventory menu is listed as "Inventory".
To remove a Menu, you can either click the cog icon to the right of it and choose "Delete" to delete it entirely, or simply lock it to prevent it from showing.
To lock a Menu, select it in the Menu Manager and check Start game locked off? in its list of properties.
