Hello.
I've created an NPC and I've added a Left and Right trigger on that prefab. When player enters trigger > ActionList. The problem is, it doesn't always work, and I think it may have something to do with changing the offset in the box collider of that trigger. I've noticed that after I change/adjust that, the trigger no longer works. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? I've attached an image and a video.

Your Trigger's Detection method is set to Rigidbody Collision, so it'll depend on the shape/position of the Collider on your Player, which will typically be around their feet.
Rather than moving the Trigger up along the Y axis, just move it sideways - as if it's only there to detect the Player's feet.
It had to be something dumb I missed. Alright, I'll work with that in mind. Sorry for the redundant post. I didn't put two and two together until just now when you mentioned it.
