Turn On/Off UI object

Hi! Can anyone help me to turn on / off a UI element? It is an area that when the cursor enters the inventory will close. And it is only turned on when the cursor enters the top part of the screen, I have tried Object send message turn on and object visibility but neither are doing the trick!

    How is this occuring - through custom script?

    Well currently I can’t get them to turn on or off. It works if it is on (and linked to a menu element with an action list that closes the inventory menu

    Sorted this after all using hide/show menu
