Hi,
I have a cylinder that is dragged around its own axis on a Hinge track and I am trying to add sound when dragging. The sound clip is 1 second in length.
1. When dragging on the cylinder, it seems that the sound loops almost instantly, only playing continuous, very short bursts of sound. I have played around with various settings but still the same.
2. I have unchecked the "Play On Awake" in the Audio Source component, but the full drag sound still plays on awake, i.e. when opening the scene.
I have done a workaround running a Play Sound action on Move and a Stop Sound on Release that doesn't sound fully realistic. Interesting is that I have to check "Ignore if already playing" in the Play Sound action, otherwise this loops instantly as well.

Could you PM me a scene with the Draggable as well as the sound? I think it best to work with the same assets.
