Unity 5 Inspector Errors (On Character Prefabs)

Hey guys, game converted just fine to unity, but I'm experiencing some instector erros when using the editor. Also I'm able to preview the game just fine but these build errors prevent from making real build. 

Maybe if I'm able to solve these Inspector issues, the build error will also go away  

Here is an image of the errors. They happen when selecting the Character Prefab.

That's a very odd one.  Try removing the Player component, and re-adding it.  You shouldn't be getting an error like that.
