Change Inventory icons when hovering over a specific hotspot

Hi,

Is there a way to change an active inventory icon when it hovers over only a certain hotspot? I know there's the option to change the icons to the active state with a mouse hover in the inventory and over all hotspots, but what about specific hotspots?

Any help is appreciated!

By specific hotspots, do you mean ones that have a matching interaction (i.e. those that'll actually have a unique response)?  If so, you can do this by unchecking Show Active FX when an Interaction is unhandled? in the Settings Manager.
