Action help

Hi i am no coder but i did figure out via some tutorials how to do quality settings which do work but i have a script for every quality setting. So my question is is there a way where in a script that maybe you have a list in that action so you can select the quality settings with just the one action. If so an example would be appreciated. I am just trying to cut down my work load and scripts.
