Triggers lost everything....

Ive just upgraded to the latest Unity, it made me upgrade my project, when I checked all my triggers I noticed everything is gone off them! Thankfully I made a backup first because I figured it was worth it, but is this an issue ive casued or is this the new unity? If so is there any way to get it back? or do I need to degrade unity for now ? My heart was racing when I saw it, still is.

Paths are gone hotspots too etc, I think the upgrade has killed everything, thank the lord for my back up

I will look into it now.  Do you mean the very latest, i.e. 5.1.1?

Can't see anything wrong with it myself - would you mind trying again?  Unity will ask you to let it upgrade your project - be sure to let it.

Just done this with Unity 5.1.2 (july 16) and this problem doesnt happen anymore, thanks.
