Custom UI template

Hello,

Any hint on articles / tutorials how to extend a bit further the UI template WalkingDead available on the Downloads section? How customize to have extra items, change images text, inventory box etc?

The idea is to get a kind of a custom UI specific to the game and to bring the player closer to the game environment.

Just looking for some tips on tutorials or sections explaining it in a bit more detail.
