[Feature Request] Minimum display time for dialogue

The default display time factor is 0.1

It is all right for most lines, but short lines like "Hello" disappear way too quickly.

It think it would be better to have a minimum display time to cover the case of short dialogue lines.

Agreed, a minimum display time would help with those shorter lines. As a workaround, maybe you can just add a line and insert some spaces?
