Went through the UFPS/AC integration tutorial. Got my UFPS character to walk and run, but can't jump or crouch. Get the console message "Player cannot jump as he has no Rigidbody component". I didn't see a Rigidbody component as a requirement in the UFPS/AC integration tutorial.
Wondering what UFPS capabilities are available in AC, and how to use them.

The console message you're getting is related to AC's internal "jump" mechanic, for those making Third Person games or otherwise not using UFPS.
Unset the "Jump" input axis so that AC doesn't get confused. So long as your "base" UFPS prefab can jump / crouch etc, it should carry through to AC once adapted properly.
