Point and click with Unity navigation

Hello,

I am working on a 3d setup with unity navigation. I have created the colision blocks, baked a navmesh and have setup everything acording to the wizard and the tutorials. I can not get he point and click to work altough the direction type works properly. I have tried with both Tin pot and my custom char and they behave the same. They both have paths in them.

Any idea why the point and click might not be working? I have seen some posts of this in the forum where the missing default navmesh seems to have been the issue by using Unity navigation system that would not be the case..

  • Check that your collision blocks are placed on a layer named "NavMesh", and have the NavMeshSegment component attached.
  • Yeah the navmesh segment was missing.
