"Object: Call event: Send message" String field is being erased in play mode

Hi, 

I created `Object: Call event: Send message` in action list editor, then I typed custom string message to the string field. When I run play mode, this field is empty. What am I doing wrong?

There is no Object: Call event: Send message Action - do you mean Object: Call event or Object: Send message?

A screenshot showing your meaning would help a lot - but be aware that the Object: Call event Action cannot pass function parameters to the associated function.

Thanks! I thought I can pass parameters to my custom script. Is there any other ways to pass parameters to the associated function?

The Object: Send message Action can send integer parameters, and a custom Action can send whatever you want it to.
