Can't creat a default camera

For some reason, I can't create a default camera via AC Game Editor > Scene under Scene Settings. The option isn't there.

The default camera is associated with the Default PlayerStart.  Even if you don't rely on it, you must define a Default PlayerStart for the Default Camera field to appear.
