Three action lists displaying "invalid serialized file header" error

I accidentally kicked the power cable out of my PC and when I restarted Unity three action lists are displaying a "invalid serialized file header" error. Unity and AC refuse to recognise them as action lists. I have a lot of stuff in these three action lists, so any advice as to how to get them back would be appreciated.

Unless you have a backup, I'm not sure you can.  I don't think this would be an issue with AC specifically, if the file has become corrupted, but if you have an error message it'd be worth seeing it in full.

I've checked the files in notepad++ and they seem to be completely corrupted, so it doesn't appear to be an AC issue. Ah well. Time to re-do everything...
