How to click on a menu where Pause Gameplay on?

I have my Pause menu bottom right, and I want to be belt on click on this whenPause Gameplay is ticked on a particular cutscene. Is there anyway to do this?

    Set it's Appear type to Manual to give you full control over when its displayed, and check Clickable in cutscenes?.
