Using tiling physics 2D composite colliders can't be used as holes

I'm still feeling out what I can do with AC  - so please bear with me.

Eventually I would like to generate a random tiled map at runtime, add a 2D composite collider and apply it as a hole.  I'm probably just being dumb and need to figure out how to create any collider at runtime...  still working out a workflow here.
