I have a 3d Character with 3 material, base character, mouth, eye. (The character its one mesh)
The eye and mouth had offset textures to talk and blink. How can i implement in AC?

AC shouldn't need to be involved - you can use Unity's own Animator system. If the offsets can't be animated directly, you can try using animation curves to drive Animator parameter values, and then attach a custom script that reads the parameter values and updates the offsets.
